– FIND the time to spend alone, away from people and noise.

– STILL your chattering monkey mind and the weather in your head through yoga, pilates and the martial arts.
– ADD more to your spiritual arsenal. PURSUE scientific, metaphysical, philosophical interests through books, workshops or a web seminar online.
– IN a relationship be careful of aloofness. You can become cold hearted and hide from each other. Communicate; share with your loved one your feelings and what is going on with you.
– UTILIZE a quiet, still mind in all business affairs. Your clarity and perception will be awesome as you take action and make your goals real.
– 11-11, 22, 111, 333 and other number sequences are jumping up at you and appearing on clocks, billboards and everywhere. – FIND a song that motivates, inspires and makes you feel amazing in the morning.
– WHEN showering imagine the water as the 7 colors of the rainbow. With their beauty and color frequencies visualize the energy of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet washing all the old ugly stuff away and empowering you.
– THE Ancients say that wearing the colors of the rainbow makes your aura strong. If there is a particular color you don’t like, go and wear it somewhere on your body. Socks, underwear or jewelry is ok. Fullfill your aura and be in great health with immunity and harmony.
